I wanted to get into screencasting lately and downloaded Camstudio and Super Screen Recorder. Both work great. My audio is a little off in the video and trying to get that straighted out.

For the past two days or so, I wanted to develop the capital city of Lucidor. I started drawing on inspiration from how Brindisi, Italy is laid out and used that city as a template. Lucidor is an analog for Italy/Portugal in our world. I wanted to give some of the district names some Italian flavor so to speak.
Below are two maps. One shows the city with its unique monuments or prominent buildings. The other map shows the district names, which I’ve started to flesh out.

I just downloaded Windows Live Writer. So far it has a great interface, easy to use and intuitive. Microsoft might have a winner here.
