Updated information for "Kraken’s Claw"

Posted by knightvision on April 27, 2007

I had the day off and did some brainstorming and mindmapping on my current project. I didnt really like how the final encounters were going and how it was going to tie in to the next, and final, adventure. I designed two new maps for the a “temple scene” and the overall island map.

Enjoy!

This map is for the cave crawl portion of the module that I’m working on. Gotta have those dungeon/cave crawls for that “old-school” feel.

Link of the Week

Posted by knightvision on April 19, 2007

Well, I guess the LotW hasn’t really been a link every week. Sorry about that.

I’ve recently found a great podcast website “The sons of Kryos” They they have about 2 years worth of podcasts. A very good quality product.

I wanted to share some great pdf’s that have helped me design my first adventure module.

The first is “How to design a module” by Mark O’Bannon and the other is the “Scene outline worksheet” by an unknown author.
